lattimus dorfi flap reconstruction,

hi, i had a lattimus dorfi flap reconstruction done April 2016, everything went fine up until 20 days ago , the area where the muscle was transfered started to itch , pain, swell and burn, This was the same symptoms i had before op, then i was told that the itchy, paining ,burning , is because of the cancer, now with same symptoms, i am told it is because of the nerves that is fusing. The burning last for about 30 min , but is very intense as if thousends of bees are stinning me. i am told that the pain that runs down into my elbow , is also the nerves? I was wondering if you have an answer as to what this could be and if you have anybody else that had this same problem. The muscle seems to have "pulled" into a hump on the top., where before it was smooth , but now swollen at the top. Please advise. Thank you , Lindie
