Was at the cinema here last year and an animated advertisement came on with one dog telling another to clean up its poop!
Pooping dog says back that it is not its job to clean it, it is the OWNER'S responsiblity.
(Followed by message about dog fouling fines.)
Thought it was a good ad.
Unfortunately there are not enough litter wardens to catch every offender. Here the county councils provide special dog poop bins in towns and popular walking spots and free pooper scoopers. But still a lot of people who look the other way when their dog does its business! I always make a point of thanking anyone I see cleaning up after theitr dog. The other sort of owner is a real pest.
