Neuropathy treatment

Anybody having any success treating numbness, tingling, and sometimes pain on finger tips? I have taken large doses of Gabapentin to no avail. Looking for success stories!!

    I did acupuncture during chemo and swear by it. I went to Dana Farber and they also had a study going on for acupuncture to prevent neuropathy. I was even able to get insurance to pay for it by my MO writing a letter that other treatments didn't work (as there really aren't any.)
