Radioactive injection

Hello everyone, I had a 1 radioactive injection in my nipple before lumpectomy. Now 2 months later I still have a hardness area under the nipple. Is this normal? Has anyone expeirenced this? And does it go away?

Have not experienced this---what does your surgeon say about it?

My doctor did check the area and said it was from the radioactive shot and will disappear eventually.
