Pathology Report...what does it all mean?

I just got my hands on a pathology report from 3 years ago. I was gathering all of my records as I went through genetic testing and needed them. Anyway, the one from 3 years ago was from a core biopsy I had for what turned out to be a fibroadenoma. BUT, thats all I was told at the time. The report also says: Fibroadenoma. Associated fibrocystic changes with aprocrine metaplasia, microsyst formation and usual ductal hyperplasia.

So first off I do not know what any of that means. I read about usual ductal hyperplasia and what I read is so conflicting. Some things say it raises the risk 1.5-2 times average risk. Some research says it is not a precursor to breast cancer at all. Is this something I should be worried about. I have seen a few breast doctors however they all say the same thing..."oh we don't worry about that". Well, I worry if it raises my risk! Also, if it raises the risk 1.5-2 times....what does that mean? 1.5-2 times 12% (average risk). I'm just so confused. I have asked the Dr's these questions but get very vague answers, if any answer at all. I recently had an MRI/mammogram/ultrasound for a current lump near the fibroadenoma from 3 years ago. All tests were clear, so thats good. But I worry about the risk from the usual ductal hyperplasia.

Is this something I should be worried about? Should I request another biopsy to see if its gone? Should I have had it removed 3 years ago? I have had so many apts lately and so much talking about risk and breast health that I am confused and my mind is mush!

Thank you!!
