Anastrozole

Hi, I have a question and hope someone has an answer. I have been taking Anastrozole for about 8 months, I have terribly bad pain in my right hand, trigger fingers, it feels like I'm holding my hand on hot coals. It's so bad I can hardly write or do anything with my hand, obviously my onc had me go off the med for 2 weeks and is starting me on letrozole, oh yeah, the pain has not stopped and it's not getting any better. Does anyone have any suggestions for anything that might help, I'll try anything!
