Sharp pain in my left breast

I've started to get really sharp pains in my left breast a day ago. It isn't all the time it is at random times . I don't know what it is I hope I can get answer , it doesn't hurt whenever I shower , or whenever I hit it . It can be at really random times .. I can have a pain in the morning then wont have it again until hours later , I'm really scared on what it could be .. I hope I get answers.

    Hailey - I'm sure you are scared so please go get it checked out. None of us are medical professionals who can give you a DX. I know caffeine can cause breast pain but so can a multitude of other things.

    The only way to be sure it's nothing is having a doctor see you.

    Try not to panic but don't delay either.

    Hailey, cysts are often painful. Go see your doctor, but don't dwell on the worst possible outcome. Good luck!
