Anyone else TN tumor and ER+/HER2- tumor in same breast?

Just wondering if anyone else out there with this? I had 3 tumors - .55mm and .77mm both strongly ER and PR + and HER2 -. Third tumor discovered during lumpectomy was 1 cm triple negative. I went from feeling in control and happy for no chemo to a crying lunatic who starts chemo 7/24.

My onc sees this as curable and the two distinct tumor types as not "bad news". Not good news obviously.

And I was worried about 93% 5 yr survival rate! How things can change

    I didn't have it in the same breast, but I had triple negative in my right breast and er+/pr+/her2- in my left breast ( with 5 distinct foci). I had 5 months of neoadjuvant chemo, followed by a BMX with immediate DIEP flap reconstruction.

    The chemo sucks, but it's very doable. Best thing I did was to stay hydrated, drinking at least 4 to 5 liters of water on chemo day, and to keep ahead of the nausea by taking the antinausea drugs on a schedule.

    I actually had two different tumors one in each breast plus a mess of DCIS. I too went from probably not even needing radiation to Chemo it was an emotional difficult month but I found once chemo started I had a routine and I put my big girl panties on and fought through it. You can do it its just absolutely an emotional kick in the gut. Its doable your tougher than you feel right now.

    hi, I'm thinking about how are you doing? I had TN, ER+, PR+, IDC, ILC in the same breast. After chemo, radiation and bilateral mastectomy I'm having hormone therapy (AROMASIN) and doing fine.
