i have noticed that since treatment my head sweats profusely. My hair is much thinner too. When I get the least bit hot my head sweats and my hair is all wet. It is very embarrassing, to the point, I don't want to get out. Anyone else experience this???

Am I normal

Yes, me too! It's awful. It's like my head is a fountain. What treatment did you have?

I did Taxotere, carboplatin, and Herceptin for 5 months then another 7 months of just Herceptin.

I am two years PFC and still get a sweaty head, often for what seems to be no reason at all. I have maybe 80% of my pre chemo hair - enough to have a reasonable pixie haircut, but not really enough to grow out (it is still a bit patchy).

I'm TN, and many years post menopausal, so it isn't a result of ongoing treatment.

It is a bit of a relief to see that I'm not the only person experiencing this. My hair can get soaking wet with either minimal exertion

I have tons of hair, but I've kept it short. I thought that was why my head was sweating so much - no long hair to absorb it. Sweat runs down my face & neck when I'm in the garden. Glad to know I'm not nuts.
