Need Bigger Breasts after Sgap. What are my options?

My breastsare still A cups. Fat grafting at stage 2 did not do anything. I was never asked about adding a baby flap to my sgap breasts. I was trying to avoid implants, but now am rethinking the pros and cons. If it fails, I won't have any other options, but if it will be like an augmentation with little upkeep, then I will reconsider. I had a lumpectomy and radiation prior to my mastectomy and reconstruction. Does that matter now that I have a flap?
