Anyone with LCIS and ALH and ADH?

I've read lots of post from members with one abnormal cell type or another, but haven't yet found a post regarding having all three cell types diagnosed. I've got all three types and they are all over my pathology slides ('full field defect'), so these are quite prolific in my tissue. Who has experience with this and what were the recommendations of your doctors? What did you decide to do? I've got consultations coming up in August and have read about possible options. I'd love to hear what were advised and how they decided to proceed. Thank you.

One pathogist called my excisional biopsy DCIS and LCIS. Another called it ADH and ALH. The tiebreaker called it ADH and ALH. I was counseled to take Tamoxifen, but opted for PBM. A surprise IDC was found in that. Jackpot!

I can joke about it now, but seriously it was no joking matter five years ago. Best of luck with whatever you decide. There are no perfect answers, just some that suck a bit less than others.

I have classic LCIS and ALH, found on the initial biopsy and excision. Other subsequent biopsies have also found more ALH and DH (not ADH). I took 5 years of tamoxifen after my excision. I have had no more breast biopsies after I started my 5 years of tamoxifen. Otherwise, like MelissaDallas, I just do surveillance. Everyone's situation is different; different people have different histories and emotional reactions to different options. Even people with 'exactly' the same situation as your will choose different options. No one knows your situation better than you do.
