for those of you dealing with scars from lumpectomies, portal removal or any scars actually, I was told to use Mederma Advanced to reduce the scaring from my port removal. After using it for a month or thereabouts on that scar, I must report that this seems to be a miracle scar removal product. Prior to using it, I was very self conscious about that scar which I felt was botched. One month later,,I have to look to see where the scar was to begin with. No, it's not 100% gone but is remarkably better and I'm no longer self conscious about it
