thinking of getting off of my meds...

hello,

i was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2012 at the age of 34. i did radiation and chemo, then took tamoxifen ... i was almost 5 years out when they found a lump in September 2016. I removed it and did a aggressive radiation. I'm currently taking a shot monthly to shut my ovaries down and i'm also taking anastrozole daily.

Besides the hot flashes, bone, muscle and joint pain. I'm too young for this and it's starting to really effect my quality of life. I'm thinking hard about living a clean life and getting off my meds. Eating clean and excersising.

Has anyone had success with stopping estrogen blockers?

    I am no expert in alternative treatments but think there is a link somewhere on here. I would personally never dare to try anything else than continue with the doctors order with regular medicin. Best to you.
