When DS turned 11, we took a family trip to Disneyworld. On the day of his birthday, we took a ferry over to an island to a dinner & cowboy type show. Poor DS must have caught a stomach bug, because he started feeling queasy on the way over, didn't eat a drop of his (expensive) meal, and THREW UP right in front of all the other passengers on the boat ride back! Luckily it was a 24 hour type thing; so after a day of rest, he could enjoy the rest of the vacation. I got the same thing a couple days later. I didn't throw up, but I did curl up on a bench while the others did all the games at Down Town Disney.
