I can't decide! Maybe roses because they really are beautiful cut, or carnations because they last so long. (I just planted my flowers and must have been on a petunia and marigold frenzy because that is what I came home with! Lots and lots and lots of them......I planted for 4 hours. I need to go back and buy a few more of some other flower to mix things up!)

ohhh.......I don't think I've ever raised a flag myself......maybe when I worked at a camp a million years ago, every morning we'd have a flag raising ceremony, say the Pledge of Allegiance, and sing the camp song....great memories
