Pink, that's gorgeous!

Here are a few of the pictures I took last night
My pepper plants
Strawberries. I had DH put a small fence around them last night to save what few berries I might get from the critters.
Zucchini and tomatoes
Shouldn't be too long before they ripen!
My resting/meditation place
I found Yertle the turtle in here last night despite the fencing! I took him back outside the barrier. Wanna bet he went back in?

Here is the important area of my new shed...the shelves holding the solar lights not used this year.
I love my solar garden too.

omg Heidi u got a wild turtle
I wish I wish I am so jelous lol
So cuteee
-
Had someone's parakeet in my yard tonight. Must have gotten out accidently from wherever it come from.
-
Pink, I love your garden too! The colors are beautiful together.
M0mmy, I put cages up when I transplant my peppers and tomatoes. I just let them grow up inside cages, I'm a mean mommy I guess? love lol
-
Pink, Your garden is my dream garden. Just beautiful.
-
Hubby was tired from work last night and when he saw that the veggie plants are getting to where they either need to be caged or tied up to stakes, he said we would get to it this weekend. Told him we may have to get more cages or stakes as we may not have enough to get to all of it. The beans and pea plants I support by using old flower garden fencing.

Your garden is BEAUTIFUL!

The quiet after the storm

I hope the little parakeet found its way home last night, MOmmy.
Lori, OK send some of that rain my way. The weathermen here get excited about the 20% chance we have. With our temps sitting just under 100 I wish it was a 100% chance of rain.
-
Heidi, I'll try! M0mmy shared her rain with me so it's the least I can do to pay it forward. My fingers, toes and eyes are crossed and praying you get rain soon!
-
Heidi - Love the garden pics and the turtle. The turtle looks to have an interesting pattern, I never noticed before, with the yellow almost looking like a primitive flower design. Neat.
Mommyof2- we're in the same spot. Need to support my plants more, we've had so much rain, everything growing so much. I have some gourds that I swear I could watch grow. I planted amongst my tomato plants and in some ways the gourds tendrils are providing its own ties to the tomato plants.
Lori- Love the pics. Particularly the one with the rays. Beautiful.
-
Any rain we get after the plants are supported will be welcomed and a break on the water bill!!!!
-
Heidi, you have Yurtle the turtle and I have Murtle the turtle! I was amazed how many turtles I saw crossing the highway yesterday. I guess all the rain has weakened them up lol
-
Looks like we might get some rain later. I hope!
-
I wish we could get some rain. We have a very bad wild fire here. Further to north but serious for New Mexico.....
-
We got a rain shower earlier, might see more before the day is out
-
Jazzy, I hope you get some rain as well. Lori is sharing with me so if I get some I will share with you.
Lori, I love the turtles. In the spring we have a lot cross one of the roads I use. I have been known to stop the car and move one completely across the road to help keep it safe.
GardenNerd, you're right, it does look like a flower on the shell.
On a non-gardening note, Chubby Checker put on a concert locally and I got up on stage (with some other brave souls) and did the twist. This fluffy ole gal still has it. LOL

Heidibird, love the hanging garden plaque.

My white and pink honeysuckle bushes are invasive in the North Country. I bought and planted the red honeysuckle bush 38 years ago and so far no sign of spreading.

Lovely Teka!
-
Sharing our daily rain with everyone who needs it. Teka. . .luv the red honey suckle.
This little guy was trying to blend in with the Hydrangeas surrounding the light post. I did not know that we had native tree frogs here.
Scottie
-
WOW, that is a good pic of a green tree frog!
-
Teka, I love the red honeysuckle! Our property was covered in the Japanese honeysuckle but I've cleared most of it out. It's a wonderful smell in the mornings but it does a job on our trees. I love the bright yellow butterfly ob your beauty bush.
Scottie, I love the picture! What a beautiful sight! I need to find out what type of frog we have that hangs out under the top rail of our pool. I'm always plucking them out of the skimmer basket. Silly little things.
M0mmy and Jazzy, praying you both get lots of rain soon. They are calling for more rain for us this week, but I'll keep watering my garden just in case.
I picked some green beans this afternoon. I'll stir fry them for dinner tomorrow. I've got baby tomatoes, cucumbers and peppers. The plants in the bales are pretty small but they are covered with flowers and little veggies so I guess they are fine. I'll have to pick strawberries tomorrow if I don't forget.
-
I'm laying in bed listening to the storm raging outside my balcony doors. My garden is laughing and dancing but it's to dark for me to take a picture!
-
So true, your garden is laughing and dancing!!

-
Just went out and with hubby's assistance got everything in the veggie garden staked and supported.
-
Listening to my garden sizzling outside.....
-
Oh poor garden! Sizzling is not good.
