DH is fasting, as it is currently Ramadan. Well .., I am not.

No sugar or honey here. I figured as long as I am going through chemo, I am going to be eat as clean as I can and so far it's all making a difference. I do plan on allowing myself a small treat once in a while afterwards and will lean towards the honey treats.
