Pain in reconstructed breast

Hi everyone,

I had my exchange almost 1 year ago. I had a more or less textbook recovery with no complications. I am currently in the process of scheduling a revision to switch my Natrelle 410's to SCX's.

On May 26 I began having pain in Lefty. The pain has ranged from burning in the cleavage area to periods of time where I have repeated strong "zingers" of pain slightly above the IMF and into the medial portion. The last few days I can't even tolerate a bra very well, which is strange as I have been in a bra 24/7 since exchange. There is no swelling, redness or broken skin. At times the pain interferes with my sleep.

The ONLY thing I've done differently is begin riding my bike 30-45 minutes most mornings. I have been doing that for about 2.5 weeks after not riding for probably 7 years. However, I haven't ridden since Thursday and today the burning discomfort is as bad as ever.

Any ideas on what this could be? Suggestions for a solution?
