Wenchie ~ Here's sumpting perfect for a Biker Babe who is also a Lady 👠💄🌹
-
Loveroflife,
Enough!
-
My great uncle gave his life for our freedom in WWII. I honor him every year by saying Thank You in my heart.
Neighbors behaved for the 3rd night in a row. Well July 4th will be another test of if they got the message.
-
MOmmyof2, good news!!!
July 1st through the 9th could be fireworks and parties in my neck of the woods.
Enjoy the........................
;o))

Oh so true!
-
Morning, New week. On Bikers, Did you see Rolling Thunder in DC. Rex Tillerson road with them.
Wenchie, too cool you are a biker babe. I couldn't hold one up even when I was strong.
Remodel: Two walls are tiled. Lesson on the tile. Top tile in the box was exactly what I wanted. Other tile had these varying brown streaks running through it. One tile had a large brown streak. I was out, the tiler put it up. It's ugly, but not sure if we can get it down. Of course, it was one of two pieces around the window. Intricate and time consuming cut. I planned on putting a picture over the window. The picture will cover it partially. So, there is some hope it can be disguised.
The tile was a brand new product. They didn't have the wall sample up yet. They did on sunday when we went back for two pieces that we were short for. Floor & Decor puts up a 4-6 foot wall sample for each of the major tiles. Also, the reason we were short was, we didn't know a window increased wastage by 10-15%.
-
ShepK, now that's a bike! LOL
Teka, love the cat belly rub!
Sassy, did you take a picture of your final project to show the store how different your tiles were from each other? That would have driven me crazy but a lot of things drive me to places I shouldn't go!
I'm off for my consult with my new BS and discuss getting my port removed. Yay!
-
Wenchi, Apparently the marbles are prone to this. I just didn't know. We looked at all the procelains simulated marble and real marbles that were up. Sunday the fella let us go through the boxes to pick the tiles we wanted. I thought that was very nice. Just really hoping we can get those two tiles down. UGH. I'll have to try and take a picture.
Good Luck with the BS. BTW why are you getting a new BS?
-
Teka, Loved the cat photo. My cat does that. Sometimes he wants tummy rubs and sometimes he just wants to remind me that his claws need clipping.
-
Sassy, my MO recommended I go to someone else. MO said I don't need anymore stress than I already have and seeing someone that would stress me out at this time was not a good thing. She did an awesome job on my DBMX but telling me no treatments were necessary as she read my path report wrong was more than my MO could even forgive. I may go see her once my PS does my exchange surgery, I'll see how I feel in a few months.I get my port removed on 6-9! Yay!!
-
Wenchie, Yup real super reason to change BS's. I remember that now. YAY port out 6-9. We will be in your pocket. I'll bring the chocolate
One of the best inventions of the last century, but easy to say goodbye too.
Needless trivia, my twins oncologist invented the port. I thought that was cool.
-
Tell her to thank him for me. I decided to keep mine because of the state of my veins, and MO and I were both glad I did, as I've already used it for the halaven. BTW I took my last dose of xeloda for the first round yesterday morning. We're leaving for eastern Missouri Thursday morning, and DC has church stuff tomorrow so I had to get my errands done today. Went to the surgeon for this bone splinter which seems to be attached. He actually snipped off the sharp end, it's much better now. Then went to dentist and got another adjustment on the dentures and the top stays in place with no adhesive (though probably not for eating). And the bottom is nice and snug. I wore them when we left there, and we went to Sprouts for a little shopping. Rose sure was happy to see me when I got home. She's going to be mad again when I start packing for our trip.
OMD this stuff they line the dentures with is the foulest tasting stuff and I can't get the taste out of my mouth. Yuck! 🤢

Hello Ladies,
I hope everyone had enjoyable Memorial Day weekends. Unfortunately I did not. There was a major issue with a neighbor and the BBQ we'd planned went awry. Oh well life is too short for stuff like that.
Today I went with a friend to see the movie "Pirates of the Caribbean - Dead Men Tell No Tales" We enjoyed it a lot. Last week we saw "Guardians of the Galaxy 2" and it was the first time I'd heard the phrase "Trash Panda". It was said to the character Rocket who is a talking Raccoon. Amazing what you can learn at the movies.
Mags - Glad your dentures are fitting better. I hope your trip is fun for you too.
Kirby was a naughty boy on Saturday. He chewed up a plastic grocery bag AND an envelope I needed to mail my insurance premium in. Then he was throwing up Saturday evening and all through the night on Sunday morning. I was afraid I'd have to find a way to the emergency vet, but it passed by Sunday afternoon and he was back to eating, drinking and expelling as normal. So Thankful for that.
Also, I met a woman last week who told me about the smash cake she had made for her Frenchie on her 1st birthday. I had to ask (considering I don't have children) what a smash cake is. Quite a cute idea. I want to get a party hat for Kirby with a 1 on it for his first birthday. Maybe a new bone too. He's 8 mos. already.
Adorable pics of the biker dogs. Maybe Kirbers should get a pair of the Doggles glasses.
Sorry if I'm going on about him too much, but here he is hanging on my walker in his usual spot.
M0mmy - Glad for your several nights of uninterrupted sleep. Lets hope a continuation of the peace.
Wenchie - Your BS told you you didn't need any further treatment? That is awful. Reminds me of when I first started having the abdominal and back pain in 2014 and the radiologist missed the tumor in my T11, only to have them tell me later in a letter that 50% of radiologists would have missed it. Not a real confidence builder for us in our medical professionals, huh?
I hope your appt. with your new BS went well.
Well, I am going to say goodnight for now and wave Hi to everyone I didn't address.
-
Mags, hmm improvement, oh so slow, but at least seems in the right direction yay. My twin won't let go of her port either. I think she's had it since 2006(7), she also said she'd keep it forever. That was her second port. Road trip, have fun. Your friends in Missouri are such lovely folks.
Junie, You could never go on about Kirby too much. Always love hearing about him. Sorry your neighborhood party went awry. Bummer.
Remodel: I'm intentionally losing weight. I went to weigh myself this morning. Donnie had nailed a piece of drywall to the closet door b/c this is going to be a high dust day. Scale is in the closet.
Loverly, Hugs, sometimes words aren't understood, but saying them is necessary. I'm counting the days till your trip, like I'm the one going. Are the girls excited? Will you be able to send pictures?
-
The idiots that shoot off the fireworks in the area where I live usually starts about mid-June.
Gotta get Jackson's new dog license from our town this week. Thought I was going to have to this by going there but I found out that I can send a copy of the required documents and payment and they send the tags to me
-
Sassy, yes that was a very dark time in the beginning of my BC journey. I owe my bright outlook all to you! Thank you will never be enough for all your help muddling through my path report, advice, encouragement and love! Thank you!
Junie, adorable Kirby! Kirby is your baby go on about him all you want. I like hearing about his antics and just love all of his pictures. Yeah, my introduction to BC was a nightmare! I owe all my strength to getting through the first months largely due to all the love, support and advice I got from the phone calls with Sassy. She walked me through the path report confusion and I took her advice with every decision I needed to make and came through with flying colors. I even believe Sassy took on my worries for me. I think I owe my fearlessness of the future with BC to Sassy also.
I've got a busy day ahead so I'd better get it started. I'll be back later!
-
Wenchi, Oh my, hugs .......and more hugs
-
Mags, I am pleasedto hear that your mouth is much better....just in time for your annual trip. Hope DH will enjoy the trivial game at the restaurant. Eight hours drive is a loooong time. Hope your back/hips will behave. Have a fun and safe trip.
Lori, love your patio area. So relaxing. Chillaxing....need to add that to my limited vocab.. Ha!
Eeyore and Kath, thinking of you if you are lurking.
JunieB, don't be silly. I love it when you talk about Kirby and what he is up to. Pictures are bonuses. Glad he recovered from his mischief. Mitzy can be naughty too. Can leave any empty food containers that we plan to recycle out without thoroughly washing them first. Sometime she can be a lady though:
Ms. Sas, I said what I needed to say. Not something I enjoyed doing. I rather be silly than serious. Thank you! Hugs back to you.
I am blessed to have made friends herewho I am comfortable enough to...,.
-
Oh forgot to answer your questions. I am flying out on the 12th and will be back on the 27th. Will try to post photos when I am on land.
Night night. It's 1:00 am and the sleep fairy is out painting the town. Need to hit the sack as I need to get up early for work. I guess you all are in dreamland by now except.,,,, Good morning Feline.
-
A bit slow on getting going. The thunderstorms woke Jackson last night twice. So naturally Mommy got woke up.
-
Morning, I have an ear worm today, such fun, it's a ringing phone. I didn't catch on till the second time I got up. Third time I didn't answer it. Now it seems to be quiet. Hope this doesn't get to be a routine.
Today is going to be historic. DJT will announce whether we stay in or leave the Climate Change group. The naysayers against leaving say it will be catastrophic for the US to leave. I support leaving because 1. Climate change is a theory. Theories need to be proved. They're has been suppression of researchers and studies countering the theory. Conversely, theories that have supported it are touted as true. 2. The governments and UN that are so apoplectic about us leaving are really upset b/c they won't have our money. Which per usual, we had a preponderance of the burden of money to support the accords. That money would then be redistributed through out the world. Socialism at the highest level. Socialism always fails in the end. 3. We wouldn't have been in this quandary if Obama hadn't usurped the process of government in signing treaties.
If he withdraws, the left will become unglued. They will riot more. They will threaten more. The MSM will beat it to death without ever looking at the facts or reporting the facts. The negativism will skyrocket. This is not going to be an easy time.
Whatever DJT does, it will be debated forever. He will however do what he has analyzed to be in the best of the economic growth of the country. Covfefe
3pm today in the Rose Garden.

I am in total agreement with you on this Sas!!!!! The Climate Change alarmists refuse to see that there were periods in history where we have gone through this before as I discovered last year while doing research while analyzing a political cartoon aimed at pushing climate change down our collective throats for a class.

When the last tree is cut, the last fish is caught, and the last river is polluted; when to breathe the air is sickening, you will realize, too late, that wealth is not in bank accounts and that you can't eat money.

Hi Mommy, The climate change agenda follows closely with the globalist agenda of dividing the world in to "Unions". While discussion of it's actual beginning for breaking the world up into the 10 unions is unknown, it's commonly reported as occurring after WW2.
The European Union exists. It was one union of 10 planned.
The North American Union was planned to include all of Central America, Mexico, Cuba, USA, Canada.
A characteristic of the planned unions is open borders, and open economic borders. This occurred with the European Union until the Lisbon treaty......more later
-
Sas, sounds like a New World Order. Orwell warned us about this in his book "1984"
-
I don't oppose reasonable EPA or environmental controls, but when a farmers furrow with water in it is claimed to be under control of the EPA Clean Water regulations. That's gone to far.
The globalist have directed this since the late 40's, progressively using climate as a tool to gain further control of countries. Scientist that disagree by there research with climate warming are discredited and unfunded to bring them into alignment with "the consensus". Attempts have been made to criminalize disagreement.
This quote is self explaining" The A.G.s may be acting on behest of the Obama Administration and liberal Democrats in the Senate. U.S. Attorney General Loretta Lynch testified to Congress that, in response to requests by Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse (D-RI), the Obama administration's Justice Department has asked the Federal Bureau of Investigation to investigate whether there is sufficient evidence to prosecute Exxon and other companies, researchers, and think tanks for exercising their First Amendment rights in promoting climate skepticism. A group of nine Democratic Senators have repeatedly threatened conservative groups that question the Obama Administration's alarmist dogma on the climate change issue."(bolding emphasis mine)
This is serious folks when the Government threatens folks b/c they don't believe in the government dogma and the science isn't irrefutable/
The next link is to an abstract of a study related to the compilation of aricles & studies of skeptics . I have included the entire abstract to encourage discussion through ease of access of statements made in the conclusion of the study.

Highlight
Think-tank contrarian information has increased exponentially over 1998–2013
Sceptical themes are diverse and range from scientific integrity to policy.
Science-related discourse has grown relative to policy in key sceptic organizations.
Think-tank discourse is highly influenced by external factors.
We generate longitudinal data on think-tank contrarian themes over a 16 year period.
Abstract
Climate scientists overwhelmingly agree that the Earth is getting warmer and that the rise in average global temperature is predominantly due to human activity. Yet a significant proportion of the American public, as well as a considerable number of legislators in the U.S. Congress, continue to reject the "consensus view." While the source of the disagreement is varied, one prominent explanation centres on the activities of a coordinated and well-funded countermovement of climate sceptics. This study contributes to the literature on organized climate scepticism by providing the first systematic overview of conservative think tank sceptical discourse in nearly 15 years. Specifically, we (1) compile the largest corpus of contrarian literature to date, collecting over 16,000 documents from 19 organizations over the period 1998–2013; (2) introduce a methodology to measure key themes in the corpus which scales to the substantial increase in content generated by conservative think tanks over the past decade; and (3) leverage this new methodology to shed light on the relative prevalence of science- and policy-related discussion among conservative think tanks. We find little support for the claim that "the era of science denial is over"—instead, discussion of climate science has generally increased over the sample period.(bolding emphasis mine)

The following link is to wiki of " List of scientists opposing the mainstream scientific assessment of global warming"
There are 73 authors represented in the above list. How many others were prevented either due to funding or threats by the Obama Whitehouse is unknown. But the fact that the research shows a compilation of 16,000 articles from 19 organizations over 16 years where the conclusion of the study on "Text-mining"is that "consenus" on climate change is not present.

2:56 pm Press is talking withdrawal. We will know in a few minutes.
-
Yoohoooo.. we are out.
-
Not surprised one bit.

Stock market high. Yay. Same as the day he was elected. The pick pockets that were on the receiving end of the money that would be taken from your pocket, are decrying his move. Wellllll, they will be crying the sky is falling forever. They are off the dole too.
If you want a real discussion go to Fox News. Any another mainstream will convince you that the world has collapsed. Laughing about the words from Merkel and Macron. Two big members of NATO. Germany isn't paying their committed amount. Germany isn't pulling it's way in NATO. Why expect they will pull their way in the Paris Accord. The loudest voice out of the EU is Merkel. Macron is following Merkel , not b/c he has an interest in France. They both are committed to the NWO. Globalism.
How many reading this ever heard of Globalism, New World Order, !0 world divided Unions, European Union, North American Union? I heard a speech around 1992. it was the elder Bush talking about a New World Order and Globalism. I remember it well. Not the date. It was 1990. A cousin shared a link today. I'll link it if I can. But never thought of it again till I heard the same language out of Bill Clinton in a speech. May have been with Nafta. I thought odd, Bill Clinton used the same words that Bush senior used. Noted and moved on with life.
Seems trivial, but I wondered at the buddi-budiness of Senior Bush and Bill Clinton post presidencies. Put in the perspective that they are both Globalists....makes sense. They were in on taking us to a different place.
Fast forward, DJT announces. I'm into the Trump pocket right away. He's made and lost money. He's a businessman. The USA is broke. Why broke. Debt. I don't believe in debt that can be avoided. Income can't exceed outgo, particularly, if the holder of the debt can call the note on debt due any time.
Trump was a wildcard that changed the Globalist march towards the New World Order. Am I parroting someone no. No one in MSM has made that connection in those words. He has upset the coffee table. Had he not entered the race and become president, how the next president would have accepted or driven us into the NWO is unknown and can't be surmised. But the last four president's have driven us in that direction. No clue if Reagan or any president preceding him knew back to the post WW2 regarding the NWO were involved. But denial that the NWO was the plan when it is documented in history would be counterintuitive.
But we know now, if we are drawn into the NWO, it isn't b/c we didn't know. Prior to DJT, we were going there without knowing.
