About to have an mri vacuum assisted breast biopsy

Hi everyone,

My MRI with contrast came back with BI RADS 4, and they've ordered an mri vacuum assisted breast biopsy. I can feel the cyst, apparently the concern is about changes it's undergone since last year. It also hurts. I can't really give much other information from the MRI report because I don't know what's relevant (plus it's in Spanish, I live in Spain).

My sister has had two breast cancers, so she's unfortunately an expert at all of this (good support for me, sad for her), so my family history is there. Does anyone have any thoughts on this? Has anyone had the same kind of biopsy ordered?

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
