Newly diagnosed stage IV

Options

I am 37, just diagnosed 3/14/2016. I have an amazing support system from my sweet husband, mom, dad and lots of family and friends. I have 3 sweet boys 15, 11, and 8. My oldest was diagnosed with Anaplastic Large Cell Non Hodgkin's Lymphoma in September. His chemo treatment did not remove all the cancer and he just recieved a bone marrow transplant. So, to say I was shocked when I too got a CANCER diagnoses is an understatement.

I had breast augmentation with a lift back in 2013, so when my left nipple area started acting off I ignored it. I remembered the doctor telling me that my nipple could possibly stop working after surgery. Why I would think this would happen years later is beyond me but I did and I had a sick kid so I wasn't really thinking of me. I can't remember when exactly I noticed it, I am thinking it could have been a year. After losing some weight the nipple area indenting became more apparent and when lying in bed one night I realized I had a lump and it was not the same as the other side.

I had a biopsy of tumor and axillary lymph node in early march (both postive), my original doc would not order a PET and I just felt strongly I needed one as I already had spread to my armpit. After changing docs I finally got a PET ordered 5/2, where they have found more activity in my lymph behind my pec and behind my breastbone I got a biopsy on 5/18, positive for cancer.

My Doctor is keeping my treatment the same so far. Anyone else have mets just to distant lymph nodes? What did your treatment look like?
