Hi, I had my first AC last Monday 5-8 and wasn't too bad until the headaches started Saturday. I saw the dr this past mon (15th) and was told to stop taking the compazine (was taking because I was getting dizzy too). I am working still and I'm sure that doesn't help, I answer phones at my husbands repair shop so it's noisy and busy. Just nervous because Monday will be round 2 and I dont like the thought of starting out w the headache. I take Tylenol which eases it. Anyone else have this problem??

I did have a brain MRI which was clear.

I had headaches after each chemo. At first I thought I had a sinus infection or dental problem, because my face was so painful. But then it moved to the back of my head, then back to my forehead. It turned out to be bone pain caused by Neulasta.  I took Claritin before and after the Neulasta, so I can only imagine how much worse the pain would have been.  I actually did have some serious pain after the first chemo. But that was different--I was septic and severe back pain is not uncommon with sepsis.

If you can take an NSAID, it might work better than Tylenol. If you can't, then take Arthritis-strength Tylenol. It lasts 6-8 hours, good for overnight especially.

I had the neulasta shot wed, would that cause a headache? How long does it take for side effects of the shot to wear off

It could. I had facial and cranial pain for about 5-6 days.
