9 years out but now feeling discomfort

i hi it's been 9 years since I had my lumpectomy (triple negative, stage 2, chemo(tac), 33 radiation treatments, all lymph removed)

Since the beginning I always had pain under that breast and usually goes away when I get my period. Every Mano it's fine. This last month the enitire breast feels uncomfortable even after my period. I have felt my breast and I don't feel any lumps (like i did when I first found out I had breast cancer). I do have an appointment with my surgeon in 2 weeks and my annual Mano in a month.

Did any one ever experience this and or should I be really concerned? The breast doesn't hurt it's just uncomfortable.

Triple negative the longer you are out the less likely a reoccurrence.
