Cottoncandy, I will explain my feelings about my 410's. I did not like them at first...at all. There was a brief period where I saw some improvement and I decided to embrace them. That didn't last long. I began seeking opinions on revisions last fall and it was only this month that I got a new plan. I was caregiving for my mom who passed in February, so it's taken some time.
I am switching to smooth Inspira SCX implants just as soon as it can be scheduled. Righty is rotated 30 degrees and Lefty never "dropped" into place as the pocket was too small. Also, my surgeon is no longer using textured implants in her practice due to the new findings about ALCL associated with textured implants (all anatomicals are textured).
So, I am hoping for good results. I hope you can get a plan in place that gives you comfort and great results.
Take care,
C

I have 410's in 250cc size. Love them! They were 310cc medium projection but I was so upset when I woke up larger than we had planned so I ended up exchanging them for smaller. 310cc were a C cup (I'm 5-5" 125# athletic) on me - no thank you! I didn't want cleavage or unnatural upper pole projection - many of us don't like or want cleavage - it would be ridiculous for me as an athlete and I wouldn't feel like myself. No cleavage, no big projection, no side boob. Happy with my B cup, all my old bras fit. Plus, they look bigger in sports bras than they did before bilateral mastectomy because they don't compress. Mine are also on-top of my pecs, not under to allow for better participation in sports and my active job as a PT. You can see them more because they are right under the skin, but that's ok - they look great in clothes! These are almost exactly the size I was before mastectomy. Happy with them!

to those of you who have had your exchange: how long after implants should I wait to have a bra fitting and buy new bras? I'm having my exchange next week, and then am returning to work 10 days after that. I haven't been able to wear any of my old bras over these goofy TEs so I'm doing a complicated system of camisoles and silicone nipple covers st work now.
