Abnormal Mammo

Received my mammo results on Friday. It says there is prominant spiculated density that wasnt there before.
More testing next week. Can't get in any sooner.
Can someone explain what this may be and the chances of a cancer diagnosis with this?

Depending upon your age, the likelihood of it being cancer is about 0-20%. That's just general odds.
