    I was glad to see that the nuclear grade was mentioned in this article. Most news articles gloss over the very important distinctions among low/medium/high nuclear grade and appropriate treatment.

    I agree, and they mentioned the age requirement. I was 38, so wouldn't have qualified for this, no matter the grade. I applaud research; but honestly, I couldn't have been randomized to treatment. I had to make my own decisions, or at least have them discussed with me and agreed to. Active surveillance would have been really tough for me.
