Here's a link to the Ibrance thread.  There are a couple people that are at least two years out.  I take it with faslodex as second line treatment.  Some are taking it with letrozole and even a couple people with armidex.

starbright- on cycle 10 and feeling great! Three different hormonal/biological treatment options after Ibrance, and more chemo options after those.

We ride the Ibrance wave as long as possible, then change treatments when necessary. Personally, I think it's the way to go for the first line.

    Best,MJH

While it is called targeted, it is chemotherapy, my MO calls it chemo light.  Rather than kill all fast growing cells like the regular chemotherapy drugs do, it only kills some of them, hence the targeted notation.

starbright38 - I've been on Ibrance & Faslodex for 4 months now....so, not a long timer yet, but I wanted to chime in and wish you well on this new protocol. I've been pretty lucky and had virtually no side effects other than the white blood cells going low.....wishing you a similar experience.
