Tamoxifen and Increased Appetite

I seem to be hungry all the time since I started on Tamoxifen over 5 years ago. When I asked my oncologist about it she said she received a lot of complaints about weight gain but not increased appetite. Anybody else notice increased appetite with Tamoxifen?

I am eating the exact same diet and I have gained almost 10 pounds on Tamoxifen in 1.25 years.
