Worried about my frontal headache

Options

I get a bit dizzy these days with frontal headache which is tolerable. I had similar headache last winter and disappeared as I started wearing woolen cap. I feel heaviness over frontal region. Really worried

Could this be sinus pressure related? often times , in winter sinus in the culprit and definitely can cause dizziness along w the pressure.. Perhaps see your MD if they keep up and try some OTC sinus/headache medicines if you haven't already.

I get frontal headaches whenever there is a sudden drop in barometric pressure just before a severe storm front comes through, or if a plane or skyscraper elevator I’m in ascends or descends too rapidly. I have chronic sinus issues, so that’s understandable. I will sometimes feel some arm swelling (a mini-flare of my subclinical LE) as well. You might want to try a saline nasal spray or flush. (The Neil-Med squeeze bottle is easier and neater to use and reaches further into your sinuses than does a Neti pot). A way to tell if you have sinusitis is to pick up a slim flashlight, stand in front of a mirror, turn off the lights, shine the flashlight at your sinuses (above & between your eyes and in your upper cheeks alongside your nose). Then look in the mirror. If they glow translucently, they’re not congested. If they don’t (i.e, they are opaque just like the rest of your face), they are. This is how an ENT examined my sinuses once.

Definitely get it checked. It does sound like it could be sinus related, but even that you'd want to find a way to address.
