Proper investigation for heavy breast, post mastectomy

I am 38 yrs old, 2 and half yeara post mastectomy and chemotherapy. I have very heavy breast and am always worried about my left breast. Due to big breast, its difficult to palpate. So , I undergo USG breast every 3 months and PET CT whole body every year. Can you suggest me more on this topic and help me come out of the fear of recurrence. Will look forward to hear from you all
