Hi all!

I'm wondering if anyone suffers with the frustration of a weak shoulder on the surgery side of the body. I can easily strain my rotator cuff and all the muscles surrounding my shoulder blade on my right side (surgery side) when lifting weights. It comes out of the blue after lifting and strengthening for months on end with no problem. I'm thinking that the rads weakened the bones and muscle in this area and while I know that tissue will never be the same I've seen some big improvement. Actually this last incident was caused by opening a jar of pickles! Try explaining that one to your gym buddies! The pain extends from my rotator cuff right down through my arm and into my wrist....even breathing hurts! Yeah I know, don't eat pickles lol. I guess I'm more curious to see if any other members into fitness experience problems like mine when exercising or just doing day to day stuff. I'm 3 years out. Thanks! :))

How much weight are you pumping? My left shoulder became frozen after my initial surgery and every now and then, that familiar pain in my left rotocuff rears it's ugly little head and might last for a few days to almost a week. Pickles huh*:> smug?
