Protocol treatment for HER2 status..Chemo or NO chemo..??

Good morning to all!! I was Dx: IDC in 2011. (2) lumpectomys > clear margins. First Pathologist said it was 1cm, HER2+, Clear Nodes.
2nd Opinion Pathologist said its .05CM, HER2 Negative
Sent my tumor to Oncotype DX lab, they said i was HER2- also
I was classified as GRAY LINE HER2 Intermediate...It could go either way?
Chemo or No Chemo? Greatly appreciate any input or advise! Thank you....
