Which tamoxifen side effects can be irreversible?

So again as I get ready to take this drug I comfort myself by saying if it's horrible I can stop. But I'd like to know what side effects would be temporary and therefore would stop if I stop taking the medicine, versus which ones can be long-lasting and/or permanent

I've heard a few people having ringing in the ears that won't go away, rare cataracts. I have had none. I started last july

Liver damage, but note that that is a possible side effect of a huge number of drugs, and it is rare.
All the other SEs i had went away after about a year.
