What would a recurrence feel like with an expander placed?

hi, I had my final expansion 4 weeks ago. No problems and it's settled now. The expanded breast feels lumpy but I know it's just the expander. A few weeks ago I noticed a hard BB pellet sized lump a cm above the mastectomy scar. It's small but very hard and doesn't feel at all like the rest of the odd lumps/bump that are the norm with expanders. Does that sound normal? I was diagnosised 18 months ago with stage 2a TNBC at age 30, I'm now 32 I'm fearful for a recurrence but have realised if it was to happen that I wouldn't know what to look for. Should I see my breast surgeon or plastic surgeon? What would a recurrence feel like?
