I was diagnosed with BBC after biopsies on both breast in the same 6 o'clock location. I had twin tumors (IDC) 1.8cm on left and 1.6cm on the right. After my node biopsy 1 left node had 1.8 cm tumor. That's not the end of the story. After BMX it was discovered that I had a secondary 1.1cm tumor (IDC) on the right as well as DCIS, ILC and LCIS all present. On the left I also had DCIS. My BS was amazed by their findings after the BMX and we were all glad that we went with that procedure.

Hi all. I was dx with IDC in my left, and DCIS in my right. I'm meeting with my surgeon on Tuesday to schedule the lumpectomies.

I did. Triple Negative 1.8 cm on right side. ER/PR + Her2 neg on left. 1.6 cm. Also DCIS on right. Had double mastectomy. Radiation on right due to 1mm cells in 1 node. Treated with neoadjuvant chemo due to TNBC. Did not get a PCR so did 6 months of Xeloda. Reconstruction with TE's and silicone implants both sides. I am 1 yr from bi-lateral mastectomy 3/25/16. Implant exchange 12/12/16

Hello, ladies! This thread never seems to go too far. May I suggest that you find a thread for the cancer they are basing your treatment on? Such as the Triple Negative, or Triple Positive boards? You will probably get more people to help you out there. There are also boards with the treatments your doctor recommends, like TCH (with Perjeta now) or ATC. If youve already found other boards, yay! If you dont have a clue feel free to message me and I can try to help you find one.

    Much love
