Starting to become more frequent on Letrozole.. Anyone find any supp that really helps with this? I am already on celexa and was on effexor years ago to which I thankfully am off now. Effexor is really hard to get off of if you do it long term. It was 80 here yesterday and not looking forward to the warmer months.

Thanks!

Ooh I don't know, but I'd like to hear what others have to say. I am 3 weeks into tamoxifen and had my first hot flash yesterday. Well, that's what I think it was. I felt flushed for a couple of hours---thought I was coming down with a fever, but it clearly wasn't since I am not ill today and quite fine.

I found a bottle of Life Extension Pyridoxal 5'-Phosphate Caps 100 mg that I bought last year after reading someone here post that it helped her--- I think it was for this.. It's a form of Vit B6. We'll see if this helps.
