Post Op appontment

What happens during the post op appointment? I've had a surgical biopsy and reincision. Is there a breast exam?

    dont think so, they basically give you results and tell you what next step is

    Everyone's experience is different, but mine is that breast exams become just par for the course, whenever you're seeing a doc after/about a BC diagnosis.

    It may also depend on who your post-op appointment is with. For instance, if it's with your surgeon, s/he will probably want to see how you're healing. If it is with a "navigator," you might just be discussing what happens and who you will see next. If it's with a radiation oncologist, they are likely to want to take a look.

    Did you ever learn what kind of atypia you had that they wanted to reexcise? Did you get a copy of your pathology report
