Nipple Discahrge After Mastectomy

I had a prophylactic nipple sparing mastectomy with reconstruction 3 months ago- yesterday I squeezed my right nipple while I was in the bath ( not sure why I did this) and a drop of clear liquid came out- so I tried again this morning and same thing. Very small amount each time- has anyone had anything like this?????? I have calls into my doctor and breast surgeon both are out of town until thursday
