this isn't a horrid side effect but...

My finger tips are so numb.

It's getting me down. It is hard to do some tasks and I am traveling on that depressions train about it.

Is there anything to counter act it?

If there is something to combat the numbness, I have not found it. At this point I have numbness in my fingers [not all the time], numbness in the right rib and numbness in my shoulder area. The bone met area numbness do not come and go. I am off Xeloda now and onto taxol. I don't have much hope that the nerves haven't been damaged permanently.

I have heard acupuncture could help. If insurance covers it's worth giving it a try!
