Wife's condition. Just got back from her biopsy. Takes a couple days for results. Oncologist needs to know as my wife's had ER+PR+HER2- (two types) and metaplastic triple negative at the same time. Probably on to Xelodia as tamoxifen failed her after a year. Small mets to spine and one on the hip.

    Sounds exciting. Although we need to remember that CD47 had similar promises and did not go very far. I have stopped hoping for miracle drug results based on animal models and rather wait for Phase 1 or 2 human trial results to accept something as promising.

    Sorry I did not want to sound pessimistic but I want to put hope where it is due. I will be following progress of this investigation nonetheless.

    I am also a husband like you trying to keep my wife alive and thereby keeping my family with our 10yr old falling apart. Will be great if we can get in touch sometimes.

    You guys amaze me with the support and care you give to your wives. I can't begin to imagine the difficulties and pain you endure particularly with young children.
