PASH Tumor

Hi I'm new here & I was just seeking some support. I was recently diagnosed with PASH after finding a lump in my right breast. I was so relieved to find out it wasn't cancer. Unfortunately I still have to have a mastectomy. I have now discovered a lump in my left breast that appears to be growing in the same agressive way & causing the same pain. I am struggling to cope & have 3 young children who depend on me. I don't have cancer but are there any avenues for support for people about to undergo a masectomy? I have seen my gp but unfortunately because of the out of pocket expenses from my recent & on going tests, my inability to now perform my job as a swimming teacher & the cost of care & medication to control my husband's type 1 diabetes our family can't afford the cost. I don't know what to do or who to turn to if anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you so much.
