Search options

Hi there!

I'd love to see the option to choose only topic titles/subject. When searching for something like AI or tamoxifen, etc, and you are looking for threads, you get tons of results that don't help, you have to wade through 100 mentions of a word in the same thread. That is insanely frustrating. I'd really like to be able to choose if I am looking for a word or phrase in the subject line only.
