Over a year ago I had a lumpectomy. The end of Dec. I had a small lump and swelling and tenderness on the opposite of breast. Surgery was at 10 o'clock position and new problem is at 5-7 o'clock, The biopsy came back fine. Now, the swelling and lump is even bigger. Is the common this long after surgery and so far from the site?

Did they give you another explanation of what it might be? It always helps if they actually tell you what's causing it rather than say "it's nothing to worry about." I've been down that route with a few docs and I much prefer concrete explanations :)

I have some hematomas that have been hanging out for a few months now, but they were always there since my biopsies/surgery.

Becky, sorry for my confusion, was the biopsy from the initial lump or the new problem? If it was from your lx, have you shown your doc the new problem? I'm pretty sure I'd show it to mine if I got a new one. That far away doesn't really seem logical that it would be connected, although I could be wrong :)
