Confused about lymph nodes

I've almost finished 8 rounds of neo-adjuvant chemo therapy. The tumor has shrunk to where it cannot be felt by hand which I think is a great response to the chemo. I have not have surgery yet or have a biopsy on my lymph nodes. I was clinically diagnosed through scans that lymph nodes were clear. Would a scan actually be able to show this? Should I be concerned something will be hiding when I have my surgery next month? Thank you!

Sorry, there still could be lymph node involvement but don't borrow trouble until you get there. This is why they do sentinel node biopsies. They may find you had involvement but the chemo blasted it out of existence or there may have been nothing to start with.
