Need help for my bone scan result

Options

I just had a bone scan yesterday and got a result like this:

Finding:

There are slightly increased tracer activity at inferior aspect of right SI joint and trochanteric region of right femur. Lumboscoliosis is noted. The rest of the whole skeleton appears unremarkable.

Impression:

- Lesions at right SI joint and trochanteric region of right femur, the nature is uncertain. However, early bony metastasis cannot be entirely excluded. Please correlate with other detail imaging or follow up.

- Lumboscoliosis is noted.

My question are:

1. What are the possible ways my onc will do to make sure that there is an early bony mets or not like mri, other kinds of scan etc.?

2. If it comes out that there is really an early bony mets there, is it still curable as i think it might be stage IV already?

So worries about that. Thanks for all comments in advance.

Nina
