during mri there was a 10 minute pause

Had 5 year mri yesterday. Was concerned because there was a ten minute pause which ive read from others who got their first bad result when this happened. Usually they talk to u on headphones but nothing. Also ended having two lots of contrast. Of course with lobular things are never straight forward. Just wondered if anyone had a long pause during their mri which resulted with a bad result.

I have had pauses like this in MRI´s but results have been fine - I think it is a delay in changing from the normal visión to the one with the dye...........if you had two lots of contrast maybe the first one did not circulate properly......or was insufficient

My machine broke down while scanning and I lay there for over an hour.

There could be a myriad of reasons for the pause, assume the best unless you are told differently.
