My surgery was about 3 hours, but I had a lot of node involvement.

Hmm... Well, I had a UMX but also had a TE placed at the same time. Time for both was about 2 1/2 hours, so I would guess MX alone would be under 2 hours. I'm sure someone else will chime in soon with more accurate information.

Mine was 3 hours. 4 nodes removed on that. Very experienced surgeon.

My surgery was about 1.5 hours for a simple mastectomy, no recon, and 3 nodes removed. I waited for about 3 hours before the surgery cos the one before me was delayed and took longer than expected.

i was in OR at 7:40 got to recovery at 11:15, Mass larger than he expected, nodes tangled with veins
