hi all,

what i know so far, IDC,right 2.5 cm by uts, 3 cm by MRI, triple positive.MRI no chest wall, no nodal,no nipple involvement.CXR,CBC,BMP normal. what do you think are my treatment options? BMX right away?neodjuvant chemo? i have endometriosis that has been plaguing me most of my adult life and i know that i will be needing tamoxifen at some point so maybe a oophorectomy and hysterectomy is in the horizon? i am 44 y/o, mother of 8 y/o twins.i work and i am very busy as a working mom. i am scared of lymphedema but i want to do everything possible to live. mammo the prior year was normal so this was quite a bit of a shock. thank you my sisters. you have been a great great help.

    I would advise you to talk with your doctors. Most of us on this site are not doctors, and even among those that are, it would be unethical responding to someone they had not physically seen. Best wishes!

    thanks, i just wanted some input from ladies who are somewhat similar with my situation. i will see my specialists this friday and i would certainly have a talk with them regarding the treatment plan.. maybe i shouldnt have put advice on my topic header.
