Hi ladies
If you go to www.noradsanta.org you can track Santa throughout the day.
He is in Fuji, Japan right now and there is a video so turn up your speakers. Lots of fun...Nathaniel is loving it.
Hugs and Merry Christmas all

We've been tracking Santa for years. Brian is almost 13 now, but I'm sure as soon as he's up he'll be watching.
Nathaniel is at such a fun and innocent age. Brian was wondering last night why Christmas doesn't seem the same as before. I told him that it will again one day when he has his own children to prepare Christmas for and he can see it through their eyes. The magic of Santa.
Then his Dad and I reminded him of the true meaning and Christ's birth and how it is more about families gathering together in love.
Oh, but I could tell he sure wished it was still just about Santa's arrival.
P.S. Santa still comes, but just not in the same fashion. -
Isn't it sad when they lose the magic of Santa...we make a birthday cake for the baby Jesus and sing happy birthday after dinner so Nathaniel will always have that magic too. I was so worried that he would catch on to the Santa myth this year but he is still convinced!! Yippee.
Hugs and Merry Christmas to you
Love

I just have my youngest still believing in the magicial myth of Santa! He is 12, I love it that he is still believing. Although the christmas holiday is the celebration of Jesus birth, Santa is a wonderful part of the holiday also! This will probably be my youngests last year of believing but next year we will have a new grandbaby to start all over again!
We do track the radar, not just my youngest but my older children also. We use that as a tool of when it is time to go to bed. When we see Santa hitting North America they know it is time to try and start falling asleep.
This is one night that I am glad I get some insomnia! makes it easy to stay awake and get the gifts under the tree!
I hope everyone has a safe and happy holiday!

We had a few problems with Santa when we lived in Spain for four years..my boys went to Spanish schools and The Three Kings came to the Spanish kids in January. The boys would ask why Santa came to our house in Madrid and not their friends..Hmmm
We couldn't do the The Kings because we would be coming back to California with them still in the wonder of it all..Hmmmm
It was so long ago, I can't even remember how we handled it..must be chemo brain!!!
Hugs all, Lisa -
Christmas is so magical when you have children. I made a point to get to church several times this month so Teryn would realize that it was a celebration of Jesus birthday. We even went to a Christmas pageant at church together and the kids sang about the true meaning. It was nice that Teryn wanted to put our Nativity scene front and center.
