... getting back to regular exercise. Had to rejoin a heath club so the monthly fee would "force" me to go, because I just couldn't sustain motivation alone at home --- I need group pressure. Six weeks of regular- and back-strengthening Pilates has already made a huge improvement

Where I live in CA the high will be 67 degrees and sunny, but I'm in OH taking care of my dad, and the high will be 24 degrees, with the added bonus of snow (said sarcastically).
